By confirming and placing your order you agree to abide by the terms of service detailed below.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled unless the order has exceeded the lead time provided at the time of purchase (3-7 days)

If you have placed an order and it has not shipped by the final date of the lead time provided, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.

Returns

Items may be returned provided they are unopened and have not been installed. Returned items must be shipped back to us within 15 days after delivery, and must remain in pristine condition, we can not accept back parts with scratches or scuffs. Shipping is covered by the buyer. Returns must include a completed form inside the box with order number and reason for return (eg. returning for refund, or exchanging for X product). We do not cover shipping costs. 

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in criminal charges for theft and/or felony postal fraud. Filing a chargeback is not an acceptable method of requesting a refund or cancellation. We ship all of our orders with signature confirmation to prevent theft.

Defective or Incorrect items

Any defective or incorrect items MUST be returned before a replacement can be issued. Customers who claim an item is damaged or does not match the description are required to return the merchandise before a replacement will be sent. We will cover the shipping cost for a defective or shipped incorrect item. 

Delivery/Shipping Policy

We ship from Oregon, via USPS, with tracking.
