Terms of Service

Orders cannot be canceled unless the order has exceeded the lead time provided at the time of purchase (3-5 days)
If you have placed an order and it has not shipped by the final date of the lead time provided, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
Items may be returned for store credit or exchange. Returned items must be shipped back to us within 15 days after delivery, and must remain in pristine condition. Shipping is covered by the buyer. Returns must include a completed RMA form inside the same box as the shipped item. We do not cover shipping costs.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in criminal charges for theft and/or felony postal fraud. Filing a chargeback is not an acceptable method of requesting a refund or cancellation. We ship all of our orders with signature confirmation to prevent theft.
Defective or Incorrect items
Any defective or incorrect items MUST be returned before a replacement can be issued. Customers who claim an item is damaged or does not match the description are required to return the merchandise before a replacement will be sent. We will cover the shipping cost for a defective or shipped incorrect item.
We ship from Oregon, via FedEx, with tracking.
