EGW 2011 and 1911 Ignition Kit With Lightened Hammer

This ignition kit is a must have upgrade for the Springfield Prodigy, it improves the trigger pull, reset, and break and dramatically reduces the disconnector hang up. 

Kit includes:

• EGW HD Hard Sear
• EGW HD Hammer
• EGW Ball Head Disconnector
• EGW Evolved Sear Spring
• 19# ISMI Main Spring

This kit is not 100% drop-in and should be installed or checked over by a competent gunsmith prior to shooting.

Please note:

Coating the hammer with any aftermarket coating will void the EGW warranty.

This hammer is machined from carbon steel and is heat treated. If you decide to apply an aftermarket coating to the hammer, which will void any warranty, consult your applicator first and make sure that the process is safe for heat treated components. We have found that coatings that require heat can cause brittleness and we have seen examples of hydrogen embrittlement from hard chrome.
