The Cerberus Compensator for the Gen 6 Glock 17 has the highest flip reduction of any comp its length. We achieved this by combining optimized ports, mechanical leverage via ambi thumb rests, and 3oz of non reciprocating mass.

This is a compact frame mounted compensator with a large expansion chamber and single top port with upward angled side ports.

This 50 state legal compensator is made for unthreaded barrels and is anodized black. It has an ambidextrous serrated thumb rest lower with texture pattern that matches the frame, and modular interchangeable uppers. The lower was painstakingly designed with radiuses that match the frame so that it looks and feels like a seamless integration.

This compensator increases the dimensions of the firearm and will require one of the dedicated holsters available HERE.

Everything you will need for the install is included: locking block, screws, Blue Vibratite 121 thread locker, and an allen key.

Glock 17 Gen 6 Compensator is amazing

Absolutely love the Underworld Cerberus on my Glock 17 Gen 6. The fitment was easy and straightforward, and once installed, it completely changed the look and feel of the gun. It shoots incredibly flat, stays planted during follow-up shots, and the thumb rest feels great in the hand.

The aggressive look is probably my favorite part—it gives the Glock a completely different personality without looking overdone. Great fit, great design, and even better performance. If you want a flatter-shooting Glock with an aggressive, unique look, the Cerberus definitely delivers. Very happy with this setup.

Fantastic compensator

Fantastic compensator, easy to install. Thumb rest is nice and textured, works well even with wet gloves. Minimal recoil with +p on a stock Glock spring. Well worth the money.

Really impressive comp with room for improvements

I'm really glad more companies are picking up mods for the Gen 6. I have a few threaded comps for other glocks but none for my new 17.6.

Out of the box I was really impressed by the machining work. The fit, finish, tolerances are all excellent. I couldn't find a single tool mark or finish overlap anywhere. It fit the frame of my 17.6 snugly with no play whatsoever. Install took seconds and mounted securely to the frame. Visually it's quite imposing and the clean lines really work well with the frame. I was delighted their branding is discrete and tasteful. Annoyingly, it's a 0.5cm short for a flush fit with a Streamlight TLR-9 but that's a cosmetic issue for my OCD. Same issue with the Surefire 300X.

In the range, I was also quite impressed. The combined weight and the 3-port design cuts down on recoil considerably. Follow-up shots are quite quick and my overall accuracy improved as well. The concussive muzzle blast is something worth noting. When shooting indoors, it's LOUD and you're gonna FEEL it. That also makes the whole package a head turner which is fun. Would suggest running 124gr.

When I started moving fast and manipulating the pistol I started to find the downsides. While the thumb rest / speed ledge feels good, I found I really didn't need it because the recoil is so gentle already. Pushing into the ledge actually ended up shooting low (user error). During reloads, I frequently found my trigger finger hanging up on the right ledge instead of indexing, which slowed down my 'return to trigger' and eventually started to chew up my fingernail. Not so great. Additionally, press checking the nose of the slide results in the left rest digging into the crease of your palm in an awkward way. Towards the end of the day, I had learned to adapt but found myself wishing the "cobra hood" was slimmer or at least had a more aggressive contour. I'm considering getting out the hand files and taking about 3/10ths of a CM off each side.

Overall, I'm really impressed with the performance of this comp, the aesthetics and the quality for price. I wish they sold a model without the rests completely, or at least a thinner version. That would make this a 10/10 for me. That said, I'm still very happy and would highly recommend this comp. I will wear my free included patch with pride! Thanks Underworld!
