The Cerberus Compensator for the Gen 3 Glock 19 has the highest flip reduction of any comp its length. We achieved this by combining optimized ports, mechanical leverage via ambi thumb rests, and 3oz of non reciprocating mass.
This is a compact triple port frame mounted compensator with superb efficiency and performance due to the large expansion chamber and top port paired with upward angled side ports.
This 50 state legal compensator is made for unthreaded barrels and is anodized black. It has an ambidextrous serrated thumb rest lower and modular interchangeable uppers. The lower was painstakingly designed with radiuses that match the frame so that it looks and feels like a seamless integration.
This compensator increases the dimensions of the firearm and will require one of the dedicated holsters available HERE.
Everything you will need for the install is included: locking block, screws, Blue Vibratite 121 thread locker, and an allen key.

I just recently purchased the gen 3 model for my G19. It was very easy to attach, and is a solid addition to my pistol. The thumb rests are awesome and I am sure will contribute to recoil mitigation. My only concern is that in order to clean my pistol slide/barrel I have to disassemble the Cerebus and remove it. Combine this with having to re-apply Loctite to the set screws every time, I worry what the “wear factor” will be until they need to be replaced. I love the aesthetics and balance the compensator gives my pistol. I did have to make my own holster (AIWB) due to the protruding thumb rests. Still have yet to shoot with the Cerberus in place, but I have no doubt it will be a positive experience.
