So I picked up my first staccato a couple years ago, the Staccato-p DUO, and that is my baby. I have carried that pistol everywhere I can and some places I "can't" . Anyway, it shoots like a dream as it is but I was being a potato and watching YT when I caught a PewView video where he did a review or comparison of 2011's , something I can't remember exactly but I do remember he had a Staccato-p with this Underworld Arms rail attached Compensator, I believe he was using the cerebral maybe, dont remember but I was very interested when he said it basically turns your P into an XC. My eyes went wide with excitement thinking "how in the world could it shoot any better ?" , of course all sold out so I got on the wait list and finally that email came in. I jumped on the website and hit submit payment faster that Taran Butler hits three targets with 3 shots from the hip. It came in, it was easily installed and straight to the range I went. This comp blew my mind, it actually made my Staccato-P shoot flatter, crazy. I purchased the cyclops comp because I like to have a high support grip and my bigass hands have long ass fingers/thumb so I wasnt really wanting to have gas burning the shit out of my thumb, adapt and overcome right. Its a great comp, the rai is super tight and secure , easily installed with or without instruction, use blue loctite on the rail key (obviously) as high volumes or fire WILL shake that suckered loose. The one thing I will say is it did NOT like the "A" configuration on my surefire x300 ultra, it flew off after the first few rounds but I changed it to standard Pic rail/1913 attachment and its solid as a rock. The thumb rest on the rail is very intuitive for me, great placement and grip there (for me). Overall experience with Underworld before, during , and after this transaction has been nothing short of phenomenal. Quality of materials is excellent and a side note, read the descriptions of their products to ensure you get what you want and need, once installed the pistol will not fit standard staccato holsters (safariland, etc.) As it changes the profile of the pistol slightly, just enough that a lightbearing duty holster will not accept the gun, these guys do sell a pretty good level 2 holster , I picked one up for range days. The holster does have holes drilled for QLS and a couple other attachment stuff so I can wear it on my kit should I wanna run the comp. Myself, I will be keeping the comp on for the house and travel/range play days but for training I'll be taking it off and using my safariland level 3, it literally tales maybe 2 minutes to put on or remove so no lost time at all unless you're lazy (which is totally ok, no shame, I have my lazy potato days like anybody else). I highly recommend this compensator, its very good in my opinion, I love it. STAY ARMED, STAY FREE, GIVE NO QUARTER. GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS
